Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds/exchanges unless you have received a faulty item. 

Please read all details of fabric, sizes etc carefully before ordering.

If an item is faulty or our customer service team has agreed to provide you a refund then please note it has to be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received to get a full cash refund. If the product is received after this time please note refund will be provided in the form of a credit voucher. 

Please note we do not offer any refunds or exchange on sale items.

We do not offer refunds as a result of accessories variation, colour or cut as this is agreed to before purchasing that variation is possible. By placing an order on our website, you accept the possibility of variation in comparison to the images provided on this website. If you would like more information visit the disclaimer page. We have the right to refuse refund for all sale items. Please check product description prior to purchasing as we are not responsible for your misundertsandings in regards to the outfits, if you have an issue with fabric this is your responsibility to check before making a purchase as this is provided in the description. 

Please note product embellishments may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.

 NON RETURNABLE/ NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy: Made to measure, altered, or personalised products
  • Made to order products
  • E-vouchers and gift cards
  • All personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged
  • Sale products will not be refunded at all.

WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
